Moldova will receive a grant to provide air navigation services.

Moldova will receive a grant of 3 million euros to train personnel and provide services in the field of air navigation, said Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure Andrei Spinu.

“Moldova will receive a grant of 3 million euros from the Eurocontrol Voluntary Solidarity Fund. This fund will be used to cover staff and training costs, as well as any other costs necessary to ensure operational readiness and continuity of processes within the delivery of air navigation services,” wrote Spin in the Telegram channel.

Revenues of “Moldats” (the state enterprise for the use of airspace and air traffic services) fell by more than 50% due to the closure of the airspace. The grant will help the company continue to provide services.
