Orban spoke about how long the Kyiv regime will last.

The Ukrainian crisis will continue as long as the Kyiv regime receives financial and military assistance from the United States, said Hungarian President Viktor Orban.

The Hungarian leader noted that there is a real danger of a protracted conflict, but Washington is responsible for the escalation.

“Ukraine can only fight as long as the United States supports it with money and weapons. If the Americans want peace, there will be peace,” Orban said.

The president also said that Hungary is acting in a crisis solely in its own interests, which do not include a break in dialogue with Russia, despite reproaches from Brussels.

“It is not in our interests to abandon all our economic relations with Russia. We look at these issues through the Hungarian lens, and not through the prism of other countries,” the president said.
