Istanbul Governor Ali Yerlikaya said there were casualties and injuries in the explosion in the center of Istanbul.

“Today, at about 16.20, an explosion occurred in the Beyoglu district, on Istiklal Street. Police, health, fire and AFAD (ES) teams were sent to the scene. There are victims and injured.
