Former US President Donald Trump intends, if he wins the 2024 elections, to resolve the conflict in Ukraine even before he enters the White House. The politician said this while speaking to supporters of the Republican Party in Florida.

“We will need to get our cities in order and do a lot of things, even before I am in the Oval Office. Shortly after we win the presidential election, I will settle the monstrous war between Russia and Ukraine,” Trump said.

He had previously promised that he would be able to stop the bloodshed within 24 hours by calling Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky.

“I know both, I know Zelensky, I remember that Zelensky was very nice,” said Trump, who was impeached by the House of Representatives due to a telephone conversation with the Ukrainian leader.
