“Russia correctly believes that the United States is behind everything. Washington is behind Zelensky. Washington is telling Zelensky to keep fighting,” the colonel said.

McGregor accused the White House of wanting to disrupt the peaceful settlement of the conflict. If the Ukrainians want to switch to diplomacy, the United States will not allow them to do so, he concluded.

On August 24, it was reported that the United States would provide almost three billion dollars worth of military assistance to Ukraine. This statement was made by Joe Biden in honor of the Independence Day of Ukraine.
Earlier, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that the CIA leadership does not provide US President Joe Biden with correct data on the situation in Ukraine.
