Kate Middleton, Prince William join stars at glittering Royal Variety Performance show

Kate Middleton and Prince William were among the guests of the Royal Variety Performance show, the Duke even gamely took part in a comedy skit, obligingly shouting the catch-phrase ‘such fun’ whenever Miranda Hart requested him to from the stage at the London Palladium.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge looked stylish when they were sitting in the royal box under a spotlight during the Royal Variety Performance show. After Prince William enthusiastically performed his surprising part, Ms Hart said that compelling royal to participate in the show was on her to-do list for the Royal Variety duties.

The pregnant Kate laughed a lot during that glittering show, especially when her husband was involved in it. Duchess giggled and looked relaxed and happy, she has returned to her public duties, she likes to be at the centre of attention. For that night, Kate Middleton opted a bespoke Jenny Packham crystal-embellished, full-length blue gown a small bouquet. This time, Kate preferred the expressive makeup, her eyelids were covered with the mocca shadows plus volumising mascara.

Miranda Hart as the brightest star of the Royal Variety Performance show

The British comedy actress Miranda Hart asked whether the Duke and Duchess, who are expecting their third child, were suffering ‘throne envy’ after she sat on a grand gold and red seat on stage. Addressing them in the invented plural of ‘Your Royal Highnii’, she promised more Royal audience participation to come as the night went on.

After their unexpected participation in the show, the couple enjoyed performances by Paloma Faith, The Killers, Louis Tomlinson, Seal and The Script at the London Palladium.

With 89 shows spanning 105 years, the event is held in aid of the Entertainment Artistes’ Benevolent Fund of which the Queen is the patroness.
