In 2023, Japan will take over the G7 presidency. The government of the country has already officially announced the place and date of the G-7 summit – it will be held in Hiroshima on May 19-21, 2023. Kishida’s family comes from Hiroshima, his constituency is located in this city, he became a successful initiator of holding a forum in his city. The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the G7 countries will be held on April 16-18, 2023 in the city of Karuizawa, a famous resort in the Japanese prefecture of Nagano, and on the scale of finance and heads of central banks – in Nigata, Japan, on May 11-13, 2023. The G7 Climate, Energy and Environment Meeting is taking place in Sapporo on April 15-16, 2023.
