The Israeli military attacked military posts of the radical Palestinian movement Hamas after four rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip on Monday night, the Israel Defense Forces said.

Four surface-to-air missiles were fired from the Gaza Strip, according to a post on the army’s Telegram channel. It is noted that three rockets exploded in the air, another fell in open areas.

“In response, the Israel Defense Forces attacked the military posts of the terrorist organization Hamas along the Gaza Strip,” the statement said.

Earlier on Monday, the Israeli military said that in response to a rocket fired from the Gaza Strip on Saturday, the Israeli Armed Forces attacked an underground complex used to manufacture Hamas rockets.
