Azerbaijan and Yerevan agree on a ceasefire

According to Sputnik Azerbaijan, today Baku and Yerevan agreed on a ceasefire from 8:00 Moscow time.

“An agreement has been reached on a ceasefire between Armenia and Azerbaijan starting today from 09:00 Baku time (8:00 Moscow time),” the publication says.

Tonight, hostilities began on the border of the two shits. Both countries blame each other. Yerevan stated that the Azerbaijani military shelled the territory of Armenia using artillery and drones. The shelling affected the regions: Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor, Syunik regions.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry accuses Armenia of trying to terminate the peace process. Baku was told that the Armenian military fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani troops on the border, there was a clash.
