Croatia has updated the maximum fuel prices

The new maximum retail prices for gasoline and diesel fuel were set by the Croatian government on August 22, the press service of the government reports.

The corresponding resolution was adopted by the Croatian government during a telephone meeting. The document establishes a method for calculating the maximum retail price at gas stations in the country.

The price of diesel fuel is fixed at 8.49 kuna (1.13 euros) per liter. The price of gasoline will be 11.19 kunas (1.49 euros) per liter, diesel fuel – 12.35 kunas (1.64 euros) per liter.


The price of gasoline remained the same as it was approved a week ago. Diesel has risen in price by 23 lipa (3 eurocents) per liter. The new prices will take effect from 0:00 on 23 August.
