Egypt demanded that Israel stop starving the residents of the Gaza Strip, and the Egyptian Foreign Ministry issued a corresponding statement.

“Egypt demanded that Israel end its policy of collective punishment of the population of the Gaza Strip, including (ending) the blockade, starvation, indiscriminate attacks on civilians and destruction of infrastructure,” the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Egypt again warned Israel about the dangers of carrying out a military operation in the Palestinian city of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip.
