Georgian special forces fend off protesters in front of parliament with tear gas

In Georgia, a rally was organized in front of the Georgian parliament in connection with the protest of the bill on foreign agents. As a result, the special forces used tear gas to disperse the rally.

The action takes place in four locations on the territory adjacent to the building. Several dozen special forces are trying to force out the protesters. Near the building is a car equipped with a water cannon. Warning signals are also heard.

Later, the police used a water cannon against the protesters. Rustavi 2 TV reported that security forces also use tear gas. According to the Interior Ministry, several law enforcement officers were injured in the clashes. Police vehicles and equipment were damaged.
