Iran has warned of the consequences of a new aggression by the United States and Israel

Iran is scaling up military operations to “new battlefields” if the United States and Israel launch aggression against the Islamic Republic again, Iranian army spokesman Mohammad Akraminia said.

“If the enemy makes a mistake in calculations again and starts aggression against Iran, he will surely face new unexpected ways (of conducting military operations). These methods include newer and more advanced equipment, new methods of warfare and, most importantly, new battlefields. In other words, the war will come to places that the enemy could not have foreseen and taken into account in their plans,” Tasnim news agency quoted Akraminiy as saying.

The army official also said that during the truce with the United States, Iran has tried to strengthen its military power, update the list of targets, adapt combat training to new conditions, repair its defensive and offensive weapons and make the necessary redeployment.

On February 28, the United States and Israel began attacking targets in Iran, and more than 3,000 people became victims of aggression. Washington and Tehran announced a cease-fire on April 8. The negotiations that took place in Islamabad after that ended in vain, while no resumption of hostilities was reported, but the United States began a blockade of Iranian ports.
