Polish farmers want to block the houses of some politicians.

Polish farmers want to block the houses of politicians who support the European Union’s environmental plans (the so-called Green Deal), radio station Radio ZET reports.

“Farmers want to block the offices and homes of MPs who agree to the Green Deal. They will not leave the roads, but will refuse blockades that are burdensome for residents. According to them, they will now block the offices and homes of MPs who support EU legislation,” – the message says.

Earlier, Polish farmers dumped manure in protest at the houses of several politicians, in particular at the house belonging to the Speaker of the Sejm Szymon Holowna.

Farmer protests have been taking place in Poland since the beginning of February. The main demands of the protesters are to stop the import of agricultural products from Ukraine to Poland and abandon the environmental plans of the European Union (the so-called Green Deal), which involves achieving zero emissions into the atmosphere by 2050.
