Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen announced a positive test for COVID-19 and refused further participation in the G20 summit in Bali.

The G20 summit is taking place on the Indonesian island of Bali on November 15-16. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hun Sen is due to return home on Tuesday.
