The Prosecutor General’s Office of Belarus sent to court a criminal case against Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, Pavel Latushko and other oppositionists who left the country.

“The Prosecutor General’s Office sent a criminal case against Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, Maria Moroz, Pavel Latushko, Olga Kovalkova and Sergei Dylevsky to court,” the agency’s website said in a statement.

It is noted that all the accused are charged with conspiracy to seize state power in an unconstitutional way, the creation of an extremist formation and the leadership of such a formation, public calls for sanctions, other actions to the detriment of the national security of Belarus, inciting social hostility and discord.
