Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian reminded the United States of their crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan

Zhao Lijian, Deputy Director of the Information Department of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, posted on Twitter in which he ridiculed the exploits of the United States on the world stage and reminded the American authorities of their crimes in Iraq, Afghanistan and several other countries.

“Everyone needs to have a clear understanding of who they really are. And countries as well,” the diplomat wrote.

The photograph depicts military conflicts in which Washington was directly involved, including the nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the Korean and Vietnam Wars, the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan, the military campaign in Pakistan, the bombing of Yugoslavia.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman stressed that the US thinks it is acting like a superhero, while other countries see only destruction and human suffering.

Earlier, Zhao Lijian ridiculed Beijing’s US claims to Taiwan’s military encirclement by showing a map of numerous US military installations in the Asia-Pacific region.
