Ukraine needs Soviet weapons.

Ukrainian Ambassador to Sofia Vitaliy Moskalenko appealed to the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry with a request to supply weapons.

“I sent a note on Friday. It is impossible to get an answer in such a short time, but I will send similar appeals to other relevant institutions, for example, to the Ministry of Defense,” the ambassador says.

Moskalenko says that Kyiv needs Soviet weapons, namely howitzers and missile systems, which the Ukrainian military can handle.Moskalenko confirmed that Bulgaria will repair 80 Ukrainian tanks.
