Blac Chyna will never be able to add to her name word ‘Kardashian’, the legal ban from the using this popular name was issued by the court.

Blac Chyna despite all her many-year efforts banned from the using of Kardashian surname. The affair with Robert Kardashian and even the child Dream are not allowing Blac to use the most famous surname. Last week, Ms Chyna has been banned from calling her ‘Kardashian’ after Kim, Kourtney and Khloe won a legal case to protect it.

The dancer with exotic profile Blac is 28 years old, she is in an on-off relationship with Rob Kardashian. They met on the set of the KUWTK’s spin-off Rob & Chyna, the latter was a real star of a spin-off. Earlier, Blac Chyna had tried to legally secure the name ‘Angela Kardashian’ if she ever married Rob but the father of her baby is not going to marry her officially. Moreover, the relations between the young parents are far from real family, Ms Chyna likes just to disappear from home for several weeks, while Rob is caring for their daughter.

Blac Chyna faced to the judicial anger of three sisters, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian filed legal papers to block Rob’s love interest from using their surname. Last year, this process has started, last week Kardashians won it. Respectively, Chyna’s legal request now ‘officially rejected’.

“She wants to trademark the name because it will be her name when she gets married and she wants to protect it. It’s also her daughter’s last name and she wants to share a last name with her daughter,”
