The singer Don McLean finalised his divorce issue. According to his spokesman, the singer “chose to ignore a premarital agreement” in providing the settlement. That’s life, and that’s a divorce process!
Patrisha Mclean as a wife of an author-photographer-singer, filed for divorce citing “adultery, cruel and abusive treatment, and irreconcilable differences” in her legal papers. Actually, she was had enough patience during 29 years, the spouses have two adult children. And now, after such a long marital distance, Patrisha decided to divorce with an author of ‘American Pie’. Yes, the same song performed in the 2000s by Madonna.
There’s an interesting moment in their relationships: McLean, who lives in the coastal town of Camden, Maine, was arrested in January 2016 on charges including domestic violence assault. Patrisha claimed he engaged in a pattern of abuse going back three decades. McLean wrote on his account:
