Princess Diana’s statue arrives at Kensington Palace ahead of Harry and William’s reunion

Princess Diana’s sons, William and Harry, are both set to attend the official unveiling of the statue on July 1st. The princes will pay homage to their late mom Diana as a Princess of Wales statue has arrived at Kensington Palace.

Despite the pandemic restrictions, the royal family will gather on July 1st to mark Diana’s 60th birthday. The heart-wrenching ceremony will take place to commemorate the late Princess of Wales in honour of what would have been her birthday.

Prince Harry arrived in the UK on Wednesday and now is quarantining at Frogmore Cottage where his cousin Princess Eugenie now lives with her husband Jack Brooksbank and their baby son August.

Both Harry and William will be in attendance, in their first joint engagement since their grandfather Prince Philip’s funeral in April.

Duke of Sussex plans to return to the UK without his family. Meghan Markle stays in California with her son Archie and newborn sweet baby girl Lili. despite this, the former actress is also expected to deliver a keynote speech at the royal event.

According to Buckingham Palace, the ceremony will gather only the inner circle. Diana’s close family; members of the statue committee; the sculptor, Ian Rank-Broadley; and the garden designer, Pip Morrison, will also come to the ceremony on July 1st.

There were reports that the Queen visited Prince Harry’s UK residence minutes after his arrival at Frogmore Cottage, which is located close to Windsor Castle.

Harry and William would also share words to defuse tension and regain the trust of each other to strengthen their relationship. The statue of the People’s Princess has reportedly been stored in a box on the ground at the palace.
