Estonia is not happy about drones flying in from Ukraine, Tsakhkna said

Estonia is not happy about Ukrainian drones flying into its territory, but it does not ask Kiev to stop it,  Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said.

In recent weeks, cases of Ukrainian drones falling off course on the territory of the Baltic states have become more frequent. Overflights of Ukrainian drones have been repeatedly recorded in the airspace of European countries.

“Of course, we are not happy (about these incidents)… But we are not telling Ukraine to stop this,” Tsakhna said in an interview with the Financial Times newspaper.

According to the newspaper, the Estonian Foreign Minister called the Ukrainian drones falling on the territory of NATO countries an “acceptable price” for the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russia.

Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have previously claimed that they did not give Ukraine permission to use their territories and airspace for drone attacks on targets in Russia.
