Nintendo Switch becomes the fastest-selling home video game system

Nintendo Switch and its video game break the record, The Super Mario became the fastest-selling game of all times in the United States. People like to play, especially on the go, that is the secret of the popularity.

Nintendo Switch has launched hundreds of video games, among them the big-name brands like FIFA 18 from Electronic Arts, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and Just Dance 2018 from Ubisoft, Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition from Mojang, L.A. Noire from Rockstar Games, NBA 2K18 from 2K Games, Sonic Mania from SEGA and several others epic members of that digital family.

The previous record for the fastest-selling console in the US was Nintendo’s Wii, launched in 2006, which went on to be one of the top-selling consoles worldwide. But during the period 2016-2017, NS has managed to completely turn around its business, and all those efforts were crowned by success – a total of 4.8 million units was sold in the US during the 10 months following the Switch’s launch there on 3 March last year!

Nintendo Switch’s iconic video games

The icon brand Nintendo Switch has also received strong support from indie developers, with a steady stream of favourites like SteamWorld Dig 2 from Image & Form, Golf Story from Sidebar Games, Overcooked Special Edition from Team17 Digital Ltd and Stardew Valley from Chucklefish LTD.

Parents all over the United States are happy with the parental control, that makes video games a family fun. In 2018, Nintendo Switch owners can look forward to Nintendo-published games like Kirby Star Allies, Bayonetta, Bayonetta 2 and a new game starring Yoshi. Fans can also expect continued support from major publishers such as EA, Activision, Ubisoft, Capcom, SEGA, Take 2 and Bethesda, plus a growing catalogue of quality content from indie developers.
