The British deputy prime minister denied reports of Starmer’s imminent resignation

British Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy has denied media reports that Prime Minister Keir Starmer will resign soon.

Dan Hodges, a columnist for the British edition of the Daily Mail, citing government sources, said on Sunday that British Prime Minister Starmer would soon leave the post on his own initiative.

“Keir Starmer remains the most resilient person I know. I talked to him twice yesterday. He has a strong character and experience of fighting. There will be no deadlines (for resignation),” he said in an interview with Sky News.
