Amal and George Clooney welcome twins: girl and boy Ella and Alexander Clooney were born on Tuesday morning.
The official spokesman of Clooney confirmed that the Hollywood actor and his wife lawyer became parents. Ella and Alexander are the first children for Amal and George.
On Tuesday, Amal Clooney has given birth to twins, according to the official announcement of the couple’s spokesperson. As the statement reads:
“This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days.”
For George Clooney, Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor, the new life began, say the friends. The actor met his wife in 2013, a year after they married. For 56-year-old actor and 39-year-old Amal, Ella and Alexander are the first babies.

All the friends and colleagues are really happy for Clooneys who started absolutely new life. So far, the press has no photos of newborns but we hope to see the youngsters soon. The proud father is sedated now but he will recover in a few days.
George Clooney said he and his wife were really excited at the prospect of parenthood. Jovial George even said that’s going to be the adventure, the Hollywood A-lister added as well that “We’ve sort of embraced it all with arms wide open.”
Previously, both Amal and George travelled to dangerous parts of the world; after appearing in their lives Ella and Alexander, they decided to stop such trips. According to George Clooney, he and Amala decided to be much more responsible, to avoid the danger:
“I will not go to South Sudan anymore and in the Congo, Amal will no longer go to Iraq and she will avoid places where she knows she is not welcome.”
