Italy and Uzbekistan may boost their jewelry business by launching joint production, Trend reported.
The business delegations from Italy and Uzbekistan have met in Rome to discussed the potential cooperation in the field of jewelry production. The meeting was organized by Uzbek Embassy in Rome, together with the Italian Trade Agency, the Association of Manufacturers and Explorers of Jewelry Equipment (AFEMO), Uzbekzargarsanoati Association and Marco Polo Consulting.
During the business meeting dedicated to Uzbekistan, which held as a part of the VicenzaOro-2020 global jewelry exhibition in Vicenza city/ The jewelry cooperation issue was discussed by the Uzbek and Italian businessmen who have elaborated the plan for further practical cooperation between Uzbekzargarsanoati and the AFEMO Association, as well as the Italian Exhibition Group.
Vicenzo is a native city for famous Italian jewelry designer Roberto Coin. His prolific designs make the brand an outstanding choice for gold jewelry, diamonds and coloured stones. Mr Coin first began his company in 1977 in Vicenza, Italy, to make jewelry for other companies, but his passion, creativity and talent made him restless.
