The Iranian Foreign Ministry declared its readiness for any scenario in the conflict with the United States

Tehran is ready for any scenario of conflict with the United States, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Bagai said.

Earlier, CNN, citing informed sources, reported that the Pentagon had prepared a list of targets for strikes in Iran in case US President Donald Trump gave the order to resume attacks on the country.

“We are ready for any scenario. The Iranian armed forces have demonstrated during the 40 days (of fighting that lasted before the start of the truce) that we will respond with full force to any reckless step,” Bagai said during a briefing.

On Sunday, Trump urged Iran to hurry up with a deal with the United States, saying time was of the essence.

On February 28, the United States and Israel began attacking targets in Iran, and more than 3,000 people became victims of aggression. Washington and Tehran announced a cease-fire on April 8. The negotiations that took place in Islamabad after that ended in vain, while no resumption of hostilities was reported, but the United States began a blockade of Iranian ports.
