The Australian actress Nicole Kidman is part of the cast fro the new series Top of the Lake where she plays old woman Julia. The story of her character will intersect with the part of Detective Robin Griffin. The unbelievable Elisabeth Moss, the star of Mad Men, is still playing in the second season.
The first series of Top of the Lake won the 2013 Emmy for Outstanding Cinematography as well as the 2014 Golden Globe best actress award for Moss.
