Twin Peaks season 3 trailer sees David Lynch return as detective Gordon Cole

Twin Peaks season 3 is almost done, says Showtime and offers to watch a short trailer. The 32-second video demonstrates a man eating a doughnut, David Lynch is back as a detective Gordon Cole.

Twin Peaks and its season 3 soon to be released, the short teaser is already available, it supported with its famous soundtrack. The teaser sees the show’s writer-director David Lynch who came back in the role of Gordon Cole. In the 32-second clip, we can see this hard of hearing detective.

The first episode of the season 3 titled unequivocally ‘Twin Peaks | David Lynch Returns as Gordon Cole’, so let the intrigue begin! In the third season, Twin Peaks has 217 actors, with many actors reprising their roles and a host of new ones heading to the fictional small town in Washington.

Among the newcomers is Tim Roth, Amanda Seyfried, Michael Cera, Laura Dern, Tom Sizemore, Naomi Watts and Sharon Van Etten. Alas, David Bowie couldn’t play the role in the third season. The director gave Bowie a cameo appearance as FBI Agent Phillip Jeffries but the singer died before filming.

Twin Peaks season 3 will likely arrive in the first half of next year, promises the Showtime producers.
